Burgundy Geometric Printed Silk Tie

This tie is made of 100% twill silk, woven & printed in Como, Italy.

Twill silk is among the most common silks used for ties, as it is both soft, and absorbs dyes very well.

It also has a slight sheen, but not overly shiny like polyester, which gives it a distinct look of quality.

This tie is self tipped, which requires more of the original fabric, yet creates a more orderly look.

A tie like this would be best worn with blue or navy blue jackets, yet grays would work beautifully as well.

It may be worn with black suits as well, though it would be much harder to pull off.
